THE ON-TIME GOD

John 11:39 - "Jesus said, 'Take away the stone.' Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to Him, 'Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been dead four days."

In the realm of time, God's interventions are perfectly orchestrated, illustrating His sovereignty as the on-time God. Lazarus's story vividly portrays this truth, showcasing Jesus' ability to step in precisely when needed, regardless of the circumstances. As we delve into Lazarus's resurrection account, we witness Jesus defying natural limitations with His timely intervention. Martha's concern about the stench emanating from Lazarus's decayed body did not deter Jesus from demonstrating His power over death.

Psalm 46 provides further assurance of God's timely presence and strength amidst life's trials. It reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. His timely interventions bring peace and reassurance to our hearts. Similarly, the experiences of Daniel and the three Hebrews underscore God's timely deliverance. Despite facing imminent danger, God intervened precisely when His power and glory needed to be revealed.

Let us, therefore, anchor our faith in the on-time God, trusting in His perfect timing even in the midst of challenging circumstances. May we find comfort in knowing that His interventions are always timely, and His purposes are always fulfilled at the appointed time.
