FAITH THAT PRODUCES RESULTS

2 Corinthians 4:13 – “We have the same Spirit of faith, as it is written, I believe, and therefore I speak.”

Faith is laying hold of the unseen realm of hope and bringing it into reality. Faith is a living force drawn from the living Word of God that produces living proofs or undeniable evidence. The faith that produces results must be Word-based. Anything your mind focuses on that is in line with the Word of God, will surely come to pass. When anything wants to affect or trouble your mind, declare the verdict of God’s Word over it. Look for the scripture(s) that is related to the situation and declare that the Word of God is settled over it.

Colossians 3:2 says: ‘‘… feast on all the treasures of the heavenly realm and fill your thoughts with heavenly realities, and not with the distractions of the natural realm.’’ The realities of the heavenly realm are conceived and realised in God’s word. Never allow the distractions of the world to dominate your mind. When you focus on the Word of God, it builds your faith, and faith not expressed cannot produce a result. Your words can either make you a victim or a victor. Faith ignores what is happening and declares what is written in God’s word. It is what you say that He creates; if you want to see great things, say it. David killed Goliath with his mouth first. He said, “…this day I will give the carcasses of the camp of the Philistines to the birds of the air...” (1 Samuel 17:46). Likewise, amidst the darkness, God spoke forth light, and Jesus said, “It is written.” There is a time to pray and a time to declare.  Faith does not bring a result until it is spoken!
