THE WORD OF GOD PROFITS
Romans 10:10 – “For with the heart a person believes [in Christ as Savior] resulting in his justification [that is, being made righteous—being freed of the guilt of sin and made acceptable to God]; and with the mouth he acknowledges and confesses [his faith openly], resulting in and confirming [his] salvation.’’
Oftentimes we say that the Word works, yes it does, but in reality, the Word works when you work it. It does not work by itself. God gave us His Word to live and move by it. It then means when you believe in it, act on it with faith and do what it says you will see the reality and the blessing - James 1:25.
Romans 10:10 states that to fully benefit from the Word, one must consistently hear, believe, and speak. Keep affirming what you believe and imagining its manifestations. Do not give up on your faith in what God has said in His Word about your situation until you see the manifestation. When you confess the Word in faith, it becomes a reality. So, always live according to the Word of God.1 John 4:4 says, “Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.” You must affirm the Word in your life and refuse to fear and ignore what the adversary is dictating nor give a thought about its distraction. This is how you respond to God. Your declaration and affirmation are ways to make the Word of God produce results in your life.
