GOD IS GREAT

Psalm 86:10 – “Behold, God is great and we know him not, neither can the number of his years be searched out...   ‘For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.”

Through His greatness, God created heaven, earth, and everything in them. God is a jealous God; He desires a close relationship with His people and does not want them to serve any other god. As His children, God wants us to reflect His character and glory, as He is holy, compassionate, good, and righteous. He wants us to listen to His voice, study His Word, trust, and obey Him, promising that doing so will lead to success and well-being.

God is known by different names by the acts of His greatness. To the children of Israel, He is known as the 'I am that I am,' which implies that He is whatever you want Him to be to you. So, to some people, He is a Deliverer, Redeemer, Provider, Warrior, The Beginning, and The End of everything. For you to experience His greatness, it is imperative that you praise, worship, and acknowledge His greatness in your life. As you let Him know that there is no other God besides Him who can do great and mighty things, He will show forth His power and do what no man can do. So, no matter the situation you are in, He will show you His acts of greatness. God is not a respecter of persons. What He does for one, He will do for another. He can do more than what our thoughts and imaginations can fathom.
